Rebyl’s Screen Printing Department maintains the highest level of production in the industry using 2 Automatic Presses along with 2 Manual Presses and a State of the Art Gas Dryer.
Our state of the art Tajima embroidery machines partnered with our highly experienced operators is how we can assure you of the best embroidery quality in the industry. In addition, we have partnered with one of the top digitizers in the industry because if the digitizing is poor there is nothing the operator or the machine can do to produce a good product. Do not be tempted to use a cheap digitizer, you will be disappointed in the result of your end product.
Since our beginning in 1992, heat presses and heat press applications have improved leaps and bounds. As you can see in the image above, heat press applications have become so instrumental to a custom shop’s production Rebyl has invested in a dual hot tronix, which is the best production machine in the industry. Player names and numbers have lonitg been a staple, but the latest “cool thing” is what we like to call “Liquid Embroidery”, but the industry calls in Flex Style; either way, consider for your next “cool thing”

Rebyl Sports is one of the few operations left able to do ‘Old School Tackle Twill’ lettering. “Zig Zag Stitch” twill lettering can be done with our old fashion sewing machines or by using the new technology of computerized embroidery – We do both!
