Rebyl’s normal turnaround time is 2 weeks, however, in peak seasons orders may take a day or 2 longer. We also have 48 HOUR RUSH Service available on limited products and services.
Rebyl makes it as easy as possible to receive pricing information for yoour next project. The 3 questions we will ask first is what determines the price.
#1: Quantity – How many shirts will you be ordering? (If you are planning to order more than one style, even if we are lettering them differently, be sure to let us know, we offer “Team Package Discounts”
#2: What product(s) are you interested in?
#3 How would you like to letter the items? (location(s), number of colors, lettering type, personalized names or numbers)
Savings tip: The easiest way to reduce the cost per item is to increase the quantity of your order. Rebyl Sports has price breaks every dozen shirts, so many times if you are close to a price break it makes sense to order the extra pieces. Reducing the number of ink colors in your design will also reduce the price. Often, our design team can achieve the design concept you are looking for using fewer colors by adding half-tones, etc. – let us know if you need help reducing print colors.

Absolutley! Many times customers will find a closeout item at Costco (or other places), or they want a product line we do not offer and they want Rebyl to put their design or logo on the product. That is not a problem. Keep in mind, it is rare, but occasionally an item will get damaged in production. When we supply the gamrents the customer usually isn’t aware of a damaged item because we replace it immediately; however, if the product is customer provided Rebyl does not assume the cost of the damaged product. Also, Minnesota State Law requires that we charge sales tax when we letter customer provided goods, so please let us know if your club or organization has tax free status.
For Screen Printed products we have a 6 piece minimum; however, there is a significant price discount at 12. For flat embroidered items, there is no minimum requirement; however, 12 pieces is most cost effective. For caps, we have a 12-piece minimum order requirement per style and color.
All web stores have the details of the distribution process included within the store along with a prompt of options at checkout. We also send out an emailing summarizing these details when you order, if you did not receive an email please check your SPAM folder. Every store is customized according to what the point of contact for each store requests; their contact information is at the bottom of the webstore you are shopping on.
Rebyl has a well established working relationship with the top manufacturers in the custom garment industry. We primarily work with manufacturers that have a history of great product quality and availability.
Our Online inventory control allows us to know in real time if the product you are looking for is in stock; in most cases product is always in-stock and is able to be lettered and shipped within 2 weeks.

“Spot” Dye Sub Jerseys
Simply means we dye sub a logo, name, and/or number in a light colored garment. This cuts down on costs and turn around compared to the cut and sew option.
Cut and Sew Dye Sub
The entire design of the jersey is dye subbed on your chosen fabric, then the pattern is cut out and sewn together. Creativity is unlimited, but turn around is 4-weeks.
