Our standard turnaround is 2 weeks. During peak seasons, orders may take a day or two longer. However, we also offer faster options:
- 1-week rush service — available on most products
- 48-hour rush service — available on limited products

- Screen printing: 6-piece minimum, though pricing improves significantly at 12
- Flat embroidery: no minimum, but 12 pieces is most cost-effective
- Caps: 12-piece minimum per style and color
- DTF transfers: no minimums
Pricing comes down to three questions: how many pieces, which product, and what decoration method. The more pieces you order, the lower the cost per item — we offer price breaks every dozen shirts.
Reducing ink colors also reduces cost. Our design team can often achieve your concept using fewer colors through techniques like halftones. Every order includes these at no extra charge:

Absolutely. If you found a closeout item or want a product we don’t carry, bring it in and we’ll decorate it. A few things to keep in mind:
- Rebyl does not assume the cost of customer-provided garments if damaged in production (rare, but possible)
- Minnesota State Law requires sales tax on customer-provided goods — let us know if your organization has tax-exempt status

Every webstore includes distribution details within the store and at checkout. When you place your order, we send a confirmation email with those details — if you didn’t receive it, check your spam folder.
