Custom Heat Press Lettering Options

Since Rebyl’s beginning in 1992, heat presses, and heat press applications have improved leaps and bounds. Heat Press applications have become so instrumental to a custom shop’s production that Rebyl has invested in a Stahl’s Dual Hot Tronix heat press, which is the best production machine in the industry. Rebyl also produces amazing custom caps using our Hot Tronix Cap Press in combination with the various patch options, such as, Leather Patches, Print Stitch Patches, Embroidered Patches (both flat and 3D), and Flex Style Patches.

The latest, coolest, most flexible heat press application for T-Shirts, Hoodies, and Jackets is Direct to Film Transfers, aka, DTF. Rebyl continues to offer player names and player numbers, but we now use the DTF Process to allow for increased production resulting in a faster turn around for customers.

In addition to these amazing lettering options, Rebyl offers CUSTOM SPOT DYE SUBLIMATION. Our Spot Dye Sub production is done entirely in-house – from the printing to the heat pressing we control the process allowing our customers to get the perfect product with the fastest turn around in the industry. Spot Dye Sub simply means we are able to take a polyester garment and sublimate your design, team name, player numbers, and player names. Since this process dyes the fabric it is the perfect option to keep your players comfortable in competition. Spot Dye Sub requires that the design be darker than the garment color; which is typically a white garment. However, other options are possible; for example, a gold jersey with a navy design would work since navy is darker than gold.
